The location was very convenient (a big plus for getting around). the staff were friendly and helpful . i also recommend the breakfast. It had a particularly good selection.
my room faced the street, and there was some noise at night. the minibar wasn't restocked daily, a little inconvenient. the gym was smaller than i expected.

The staff was helpful. the room was clean with a very nice ambiance. i found the bed really comfortable and got a restful night's sleep. i appreciated the prompt attention i received. Any request was addressed immediately.
i did find the mini-fridge light flickering a bit in the night which was slightly disruptive.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. i was able to order freshly cooked poached eggs, which i found delicious. the dining area was well kept and the staff were attentive, offering prompt service throughout the breakfast hours.

i found the hotel's location very convenient. it is close to piccadilly station. the lounge offered a serene and cute atmosphere. the room's unique design impressed me, setting it apart from other hotels i've visited.
i noticed the tv remote did not adjust the volume. this.
